john Z. shafai
John has over 24 years of experience representing companies in regulatory compliance, business transactions, and litigation, at both the trial and appellate levels. John is a graduate of UCLA (BA, International Relations), USC (MA, International Relations), the USC Gould School of Law (JD), and the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice, Oxford University / Oxford Brookes University (QLTT). John is admitted to the Supreme Court of California (1994) and the Supreme Court of England and Wales (2008). In his spare time, John competes in Ironman triathlons and serves as a Los Angeles County Fire Department call firefighter.
Khalil M. Dhouti
Khalil has over 25 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising and management consulting. He has held agency leadership positions in Publicis and Omnicom agencies as well as key roles in independent agencies and several tech startups. Khalil studied at Sciences Po (économie), Tufts University (BA, Economics), Université Panthéon Assas, Paris II (droits des affaires), UC Berkeley’s Boalt Hall School of Law (JD), and the University of Virginia, Darden School of Management (MBA). Khalil is admitted to the New York State Bar. In his spare time, Khalil enjoys running and photography.
